Has anyone painted their exhaust tips?

Just curious to see if anyone has?
I ordered the SLP res delete / dual tip, and am contemplating getting them painted black, since theyre stainless and will be the only thing on the truck not black. They just look so nice I dont want to ruin them though.. so I dont know what to do. I am looking for some opinions!

Could get them powdercoated. That way they will come out looking real good and stay that way over the years.

I will check on powder coating then, can powder coats be done in gloss? I don't know much about p/c and have only really seen matte finishes

Yes. My grille was pc'd gloss before I redid it in flat black.

The chrome grille trim is plastic so it cannot be powdercoated. You will have to paint it regularly.

I would run them like they are now.

Enjoy the new finish.

When it gets nasty and hard to clean after a year THEN powder coat them.
