Crash into something at 35/40 MPH and let it go off. Then take it out. :D

If you can save the airbag without it going off you can sell it for the price of an LCD screen that is going to take it's place. People are always looking for them because they are expensive and the insurance usually totals something when the airbags go off.

I must admit I am a little weary of messing with live airbags. So if the batt is disconected there is no way it can blow? Really makes me nervous messing with it. But it is a mod I want, and I am doing all the work on this project. Nice to know about selling them. Thnaks for all the info guys.

Also the thought of it exlpoding is quite funny, just not on me.

I'll tell you man when thos things blow it is not fun if you are gonna blow it to make it easier try to quarren off the area using wet bed sheets to catch that freakin power that comes out with the bag. Also BE OUT OF THE WAY they hurt like hell.

Wanted to add, if you disconnect the battery then disconnect the impact sensors in the bumper it night not blow I'm not sure on this though, if you do disconnect them be gentle, there should be a sticker on or around the fan shroud that tells you where the airbag sensors are. Hell you might be able to cover your ass by removing the fuse, sensors, and battery all together but i don't know for sure
