I am curious if anyone has gotten any of the MP blowers Eaton makes like the 62 that came on the 3800 or the 112 that came on the Cobra and Lightning to work on a Vortec 350. I think given the low rpm these trucks turn and ample room under hood (apart from the distributor) it would work well and should easily make 375-400 and a boat load of torque.

Also given the availability and how reasonable they are getting a manifold solution should sell well if it would cross over into street and marine applications

Id love to put one on my yukon. last time i looked into it, the fuel system doesnt have enough umpph to supply the supercharger. It can be done, just need to change other things along with it.

Bigger fuel pumps with regulators solve fuel problems btw lol

and 50 state legal:D

i think i would rather spend money on that then on a ht383e since the ht383e is not cali legal and charger is only $500 more and bolt on. really want the twin screw tho for lo end torque but no one makes it anymore.

Magnacharger or the Eaton like the MP90 from the 3800 V6 that I was talking about is a roots style blower not a twin screw. Kenne Bell and Whipple are twin screw. Obviously a Procharger is centrifugal and not at all what I want for a heavy Tahoe since they make all their power at redline. I want power immediately with very strong low end and midrange. That's why I was thinking a M90 on the 350 would be very strong. The Roush kit for the 4.6 16 valve uses that head unit and makes 400-425. If a manifold with a small bring IC was in the valley and the M90 from the 3800 or the MP112 from the Lightning and Cobra was bolted on we could possibly have a blower setup for $2500 to maybe $3000

Lot of fabrication for a tired 350. Agree with Atomic LS swap...4.8l or 5.3l with boost can be priven to put on over 600hp on a stock block with bolt ons. If you dont plan on going F/I then grab a 6.0 or if you got da $$$$$ get 6.0
