Has anyone put LED lights in their turn signals in their Escalade/Tahoe/Yukon?

If so how did you do it and what bulbs? What did you use so that they would not have a hyper flash.

6 ohm resistor if hyper flash is an issue after installation.

many threads on here about it... there was also one I couldnt find about the possibility of DDM getting some bulbs with built in resistors to eliminate the need for the external resistor.

But to answer your question... yes, I did install them on my front turn signals, and the resistors worked no problem.

Edit: modded, I could NEVER learn to live with the hyperflash! Drives me crazy!!

Get the HD flasher relay.
Resistors completly defeat the purpose of LOW amp draw LED's.

Or spend a few bucks more at Vled's.com and get the LED bulbs with built in resistors if you dont care about saving juice on your batt.
I just posted a link in one of the 200 threads this last month to the relay..
Do a search on my user name, you will find it fast..
It was posted in the last 2 weeks.

Ezdaar V-LEDs make Turing bulbs with built in resistors so all I have to do is plug them in? That would be great do you know what bulbs they are for a Escalade?
Thanks

You will need these.

These pages have the bulbs for you.
Get the BEST you can, simply for brightness. More LED's the better.
You will notice some LED's are angles towards the base, this GREATLY affects the brightness by pointing the LED directly at the reflector and not off into space.

Get your flasher RELAY here, PLEASE do not use the BS resistors.
http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-bin/store/index.cgi?action=DispPage&Page2Disp=/flashers.htm

Find and pull your OEM relay, so you know what your looking at on that page, make shure you get the correct relay. If you have trouble just call them and ask.
