Having A Issue With My 02 Tahoe Losing Power Over 4k

I recently bought a 2002 Z71 tahoe it has the abs and brake light on and petal pulsates like traction control is kicking in. I noticed whenever flooring the truck it will hold 4k rpms and wont shift or pick up any mph's. The transmission is not slipping. shifts fine and doesn't rev just holds rpm's around 4k until you let out of the throttle some and let it shift. Anyone run into this same issue?

On the abs issue, sounds like the abs controller is going bad. Thats $$$$$$$. Its on the frame. As for the power issue, IDK. I'd start with the standard stuff. Plugs, wires, clean the TB, fuel filter. But first I'd seafoam the motor to clean the carbon out. Then if that didnt help, you might want to check the fuel pressure. It may be running out of pressure at 4k.
