Hazard lights come on when left turn signal is activated

I have a strange problem that I'm hoping someone can help me fix. I have a 2004 Tahoe, and every so often when I activate the left-turn signal, the hazard lights will go on. It only happens about 60% of the time, but is getting really annoying. I've already tried swapping out the multi-switch with a new one, but that didn't fix the problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just fixed the exact same problem on mine.

Thanks for the message! I did get my issue fixed, and it was the flasher module.
