I installed the HD grill and it looks fine with the exception of the headlights seem to be pushed in too far. I was wondering if there was a headlight bracket or bucket for the HD trucks?

I also have the HD grill on my Tahoe. I didn't notice anything special on the Silverado. I also had that gap you have, I just adjusted my headlights a bit to come out a little more in the corners and it looks fine. IMAG1725.jpgThis is what you're talking about?
I don't have an after pic tho.

Yes, That is what mine looks like. I may have to come up with a bracket or something to bump them out.

Are your headlights adjusted properly? Did you just loosen both bucket screws?

OK, just adjusted them, and the look ok. I am not sure if I have the beams set just right yet. I adjusted the inward most adjuster with a 1/4" socket, THere is another adjuster that can be accessed through a hole in the radiotor support that adjusts up and down. I did not mess with that one. THere is another torx screw (t-15) that needs to be adjusted, which is on the outward end of the headlight - which can only be accessed by removing the headlight. It was fairly easy. Thanks for your suggestion.

Glad I could help. That was all I adjusted and mine is good to go.

I pretty much just cut the grill where it mounts and welded back the brackets.
