HD hood on a Yukon questions

Im having a 2001-2002 Chevy HD hood put on my 2005 Yukon

Gotcha. For Tahoes it is a direct swap.

Would a GMC HD hood not swap directly to Yukon, or did the 2500/3500 HDs not have the same style hood on the GMCs?

GMC HD hood is normal. Only the Chevy HD hood has the "nose" on it

Good idea - I'm pouring through a bunch of different threads trying to nail it down...having trouble determining the differences between chevy to chevy and chevy to gmc.

Seems that I remember seeing someone somewhere that did a newer version, maybe 06, HD bumper that is partially color matched and turns up at the fenders, on these trucks. Loved the look of it but having trouble remembering where i saw it
