would a complete front clip from a 01 HD bolt right up to a 01 tahoe or would need alot of mod?

You would have to cut the bumper mounts off and weld them about 1 1/2" - 2" lower because the bumper pad (plastic right above the metal bumper) from hd is taller than the tahoe pad. Everything else is direct bolt on.
