Pretty sure it's just a basic no frills Tahoe. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Only thing that's wrong is his expectations of getting $31k.

Good thing he's not in any hurry to sell it. I think because of the Mileage he thinks he's got gold- and to some he just might.

He can ask as much as he wants, but It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Notice he's also taking offers.
It’s missing everything but the bare minimum to be called a vehicle.

Basic HVAC controls, Cadillac 22s on base suspension, No back up sensors, camera, garage door opener, memory seats, etc. Door gap to fender pretty tight, might have been repainted, especially when compared to color of suspension underneath, scrapes on driver's side notwithstanding.

Only option it seems to have above base stripper fleet is 4wd.
Maybe, just maybe, if it was an LTZ with a 6.2, it wouldn't be a completely exorbitant price.
