Moderator Please Don't Remove. head job is universal on all car.

Never remove/replace valve before.

One valve has a hole. and it need to be replace

How to properly install valves?

I could follow instruction pretty good, i got this far:Handshake:

Should i replace all the Valves? or just the damage valve..

i have a machine to grind it all SHINY again. so i will grind everything up with metal brush on a power drill.:hands:

Question:
Does the Valve has to be grind down so it will close perfectly with the valve hole?

As you all know. my English suck. if you got question about my question pls ask :party33:

Can i Re-use my head bolts

-----
How i got hole on valve:
Install Pulstar Spark plug, The most powerfull Sparkplug on the world. and A Mixture of Seafoam on the Tanks, = Hole/Burn Valve

You should really tear down the whole head, get it surfaced and replace everything ...

You will need a spring compressor to get the springs off, a magnet to pull the keepers and then they should come out. If you've never done this you might want to let the machine shop handle it.

That is a pretty catastrophic event, I highly doubt it was from spark plugs and sea foam ... I bet something dropped in there, like a washer or something and physically damaged the valve.

Not sure if you can reuse the head bolts .. a Honda board would be better for that question.

The new valves will have to be "lapped" into the head. There are tools for it, a drill isn't one of them. :D

unknown at this time.
Let a machine shop rebuild the whole head. It does not sound like you are equipped for it. That valve looked like the cylinder was suffering damage already. It may be possible that it may have hydraulic a little bit. But it looks more like thermal expansion and thermal shock due to sudden heating or cooling issues. That cylinder looks wetter then the others. Specifically the lower plug has residue hanging off of it. BTW I would get all that junk off the heads and out of the cylinder bores ASAP.

Also It kinda looks like coolant was leaking in there from the right upper passage and the far left cylinder looks like it was on its way in time.

By asking if you can reuse a head gasket means your in over your head, NEVER reuse old/used head gaskets, your asking for trouble! Next thread will be, " I did head gasket and now it burns oil/coolant! get a machine shop to rebuild the head and buy all new gaskets for the install
