Plush check the radio fuse. If I'm not mistaken it's a blue one close to the drivers side and closer to the drivers seat in the engine bay electrical center

Do you see anything on your nav screen at all or is it off/completely black? I had my lockpick die on me which caused everything else to shut down. I had to un-install the lockpick and went through hell and back with coasteltech/3rd party seller of lockpick to get a replacement. Once I got it replaced/re-installed everything worked again.

Nothing at all, no DVD/NAV/SOUND/BlueTOOTH/BACKUP CAM, etc. just darkness.

Yeah, I knew it was not a fuse as it would worked, then not. I pulled everything apart again and disconnected the GMX550, still did not work. It was getting no power. I kept playing with the power cord but I could not get it to disconnect. There seems to be a short in it or something is loose. I finally was able to get it going again (kept wiggling it). :) So until next time.

Where does the cord connect (not the radio side).
