look at the header flange, get one with a thick header flange so less chance to warp, 1 5/8" to 2.5" to keep torque up.

I like my JBAs....hated Headman...went through 3 sets, the collectos kept splitting and the flanged were welded very poorly

I loved the Hookers on my Blazer. Fit perfect, no surprises at all!! I have a set of "Banks" on my Tahoe, they were there when I got them, really nice set. The Flowtechs on my Camaro leave alot to be desired as far as craftsmanship goes ...

+1 on JBA. I had a set of shorties & they fit great. The install was very straight forward & the gaskets never gave me any trouble. They were a bit pricey though.

Now I have Doug Thorley Tri-Y midlength headers and love them. They make an amazing kit so there is hardly, if any, modification needed to put those on.

The question would be, what are your plans for the rest of the exhaust? How about engine performance mods? Keep those in mind as you don't want to have to pay & do things twice.

Thorley Tri-Ys hands down. Like said, they are the most complete headers/exhaust kits available. The fit, finish and all around quality is the best.
