you can get those from a place like superbrightleds.com i think those were the t-34 bulbs. anyway based on your results you either have one of three things wrong. a defunct drl relay where the contacts are burned up or the steering column switch assembly is going south. the odds off killing off two separate grounds for the lamps is slim since they would kill the highs as well. so drl relay or column switch or the wiring with it. cycle the column a lot to see if it clears the issue.
