Headlights - HID vs LED

Led headlight tech as of now, puts out about the same amount of lumens as halogen, but as a white light rather than yellow. HIDs still have a lot more output, but in time and better heatsinking technology, on road led headlights will eventually catch up.

True but according to everyone on the Caddy forums that have had both sets of headlights, the HID's are way brighter.

Nothing beats a Low beam HID projector retro-light output is second to none and it adds a great sense of security for night driving. I think LED's are more for 'show' currently but I'm sure technology will solve that problem soon.....my 2 cents anyways


Can your LED's do this?? :D
