Hey guys, Whenever I'm driving my 06' Denali XL at anywhere above about 40 MPH, I hear a rattle whenever my foot is on the accelerator. Its a very rapid rattle, almost sounds like a buzz... I've tried cutting up pieces of upholstery foam to stop it and absorb the vibration, but haven't had any luck. And a different noise seems to be coming from the door panels. Other than the few rattles squeaks from the interior, the truck runs absolutely great.

The fact that the interior is so noisy just takes away from the greatness of having a Denali.

Does anyone have similar rattles anywhere? If so, what did you do to fix them? What materials etc...

Thanks all!

Well, I forgot to include the fact that I had to repair my sunroof a few months ago, so I had to take the front headliner down. I thought I did a pretty good job on putting everything back together. Maybe I could try tightening the sun visors, the A/C control, etc. If that doesn't work, should I just take the headliner back down and use sheets of upholstery foam or something? Or are there other common areas that make noise?

Do you have any crackles or rattles coming from your doors?
