Welcome to the forum from Iowa.

If you could share a little more information about your vehicle like year, trim package, mileage, etc., that will help folks help you.

@UmmScott is a pretty good resource around here for HVAC stuff.

Need to do electrical testing. Start with all fuses and relays. Make sure control head is getting power. Do other functions work? Mode doors, blend doors, blower on all speeds, etc?

Could be a bad control head. Gotta test it to know for sure.

Ok what else?

Do the lights work if there are any on the control head? Are they buttons that push and click/hold in? Are they just push buttons that light up when you push them?

Pretty sure on that older style they have a little orange light on them that lights up when you push them.
If they aren't coming on then chances are the control head itself is your problem.

See if u can find a replacement unit at a bone yard for cheap may be an issue with the unit itself.
