Happened on my rig too but was just a leak I noticed and not a blow up that left me stranded.

@JMH1980, you really should have posted this in the 2015 to 2020 section of the forum. You will get many more responses. Maybe a mod can move this.

the T's that connect to the heater hose's at the firewall and splits to the rear heater and to the front heater core
what are the part numbers?
Need to come up with a “locally engineered solution”… if the ones on the firewall are susceptible to failure, these are as well. May start carrying 2 hose clamps as an emergency measure in case of failure.The T's for the rear heater are not serviceable separate.
