Heater issue

Update on this - Issue is fixed. It was not the blend door or the actuator for it. I started with taking that off and it all functioned correctly. Ended up taking the lines off of the heater core and connecting a garden hose to the outlet (far right) side. Some gunk came out but it ran clear and smooth pretty quickly so I had my doubts that it was fixed but I tried and VOILA!! Super hot heat. Got up into the 140's. I guess the backflush dislodged something that was causing flow issues.

Great! If flush every 30k the gunk usually does not ever build up. Typically a flush will not fix a clog like that unless it is a loose clog, like what came out. Anyways, great!
