Hey guys... new guy here ..
Just bought an 01 Tahoe Z71.

I was driving to work this mornin and it was kinda chilly so I was gona turn the heat on... no heat would come out.. Just blows air..

Not much of a car guy and prolly the farthest from a mechanic you can get.. Would it be the heater core or something else that might be causing this?
Just figured id get some opinions and try to look at it myself rather than having to take it to a mechanic right off the bat.

Thanks

Unfortunately, it could be several things. Thermostat. Heater core. Who knows? It's one of those things you have to narrow down. Check the fuses first. It's amazing how often that can save $100 in labor for shop time....lol.
