Been lurking here for a while now. A lot of good info here. Thanks to everyone that shares and helps people trouble shoot problems. You guys have been a big help to me.
My 1999 Chevy Tahoe. 2 wheel drive, 4inch lift. Has 247,000 miles. New crate motor has approx 10,000 miles and new transmission has about 5,000 miles on it. I drive it everyday, I use it for work. At first I bought it because I needed something right away and the price was right. I also needed something that I felt comfortable working on if anything were to break because mechanics now a days cost a lot of money. Thank god my dad taught me how to work on shit and trouble shoot. Anyways, just wanted to introduce myself and share some pics out of Ojai, Ca.
