Hello all!
My name is Josh, I own a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe 2WD. I've had it since January and have done a few minor things that I'm pretty knowledgeable on such as the HID conversion I've done, the billet grille insert and the stereo and all.
On the engine side of things I've just recently done what I think is the first tuneup in 200k miles, went with NGK TR55 plugs and Taylor Ignition Wires from Summit. I have a Spectre Air Intake on it now and had a Flowmaster 50 Series with a turndown installed (robbed mpg but it sounds nice). Probably lowering it this week with a McGaughey's kit I have then gonna send it for paint (clear coat flaking off all over it). Then I'll look at some headers and a true catback exhaust and then finally a Blackbear Performance tune. I've done my homework!
Just signing up so I can start to contribute from my own knowledge base (Graduated from automotive school, working on a bachelors in electrical engineering and currently am a service advisor at a local shop).
Thanks!
-Josh
