Hello everyone My name is David i'm new to the site but not to Chevrolet , was raised around Bowties and they've been in my blood ever since , been sufing the forum for some time and figured it's time to sign up .
I'm currently working in the Galveston Texas area and also have a house in north Texas ( Lake Texoma area ) .
Main reason i'm here is i have a 2009 Tahoe 5.3l with 88,800 miles and the oil consumption is getting way out of control 3/4 to 1 quart every 800 miles and there are ZERO leaks, engine feels sluggish as well , i can count on atleast 1/2 qrt per tank of fuel , seems Chevrolet has hung us out to dry on this issue which really disapoints me ..
Hoping to get some answers and advise , like others kicking myself for getting rid of my older Tahoe ..
