Well I am not really desperate, but I do have a lot of questions. I am normally on the corvette forum in which I have been a member since 1/07.
Anyway, I have always loved '90-'97 chevy extended cabs. I have owned many. I bought a '91 in Oct '90 and when I stupidly sold her in '08' she had 335k miles on her and the valve covers had never been off. Anyway, she is long gone, but I recently bought something that the older members on here might appreciate. I bought a black/ gray 1994 Yukon GT with a 350 4wd. It has 235k on her and I had to have the original tranny completely rebuilt. She runs fine now, but I have dozens of minor to major upgrades I want to make. Starting with the front end. The front end had quite a bit of slop in the steering and slop in the wheel. I am going to drop it off next week at a brake front end shop and I am going to have them check everything overall and rebuild the front brakes
Anyway, I have plans for a possible 383 engine upgrade or possibly even a 502. I plan on possibly towing a tag along trailer. I know the short wheelbase isn't the best for towing, but u know what? I think with all the upgrades I plan, it will be fine.
Excited to be a part of the family. Hope all is well with everyone and I will keep you posted.
Oh, btw, just how rare is my '94 Yukon GT?. I never could find any production #s. I know its pretty rare. Not a big deal just curious..........thanks
