HELP! '05 Denali Brake line routing

Long story short, I broke one of those awesome brake hard lines GM uses and am replacing it with a SS kit. Where I run into the issue is I have all the lines in place, BUT the diagram I made of the ABS block is lost in the sauce. Can someone look at their Escalade/Denali and draw me a diagram? I attempted to search and google to no avail. I have a 6 port ABS block, all I can find online is the 5 port. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Many of the Denali's have dual brake lines to the rear of the vehicle because they have individual rear brake ABS not a single brake line for a common ABS for the rear wheels, this is why most of the Denali's have 6 port ABS valves.
