When I've asked guys in the past that have '05-'06's with stock electric fans, they verified that their fans did the same as mine do when it comes to the excessive cycling!! I asked because it worried me that they might wear out sooner and also just didn't seem right that they were cycling anyways!!

Also, for those of you that haven't seen your primary fan kick on yet to confirm that it works at all, turn your heater fan speed to off so that the AC fan doesn't cycle on and off at all! Maybe with it cycling, it's actually cooling off your coolant just enough to not allow your truck to warm up enough to kick the primary fan on. Just a though!
