Agree with @iamdub. Both the valley pan and intake manifold gaskets between 2003 and 2004 are the same, one part number for both years.

What is the 8th digit of the VIN on your truck? T or Z?

Thanks for your replys and help. Been busy at getting this Tahoe back together again. I have been confused on what parts to buy so i went to Advance Auto Parts and tried comparing the parts between the 2 types when they asked flex or non flex and they had 2 different part numbers for 2003 and 2004. Maybe they are just a slight bit different design but interchangeable. Im not sure but the pictures he showed me were just a slight different. Started loiking into all this even more when i saw smoke coming from exhaust pipe. I changed the pcv valve and saw carbon build up. So i started looking into changing the gaskets on valve covers, intake manifold and exhaust. I tried to get a diagnostic done on it but the mechanic said he thought its just a little oil getting past valve seals. Also he said if i changed and cleaned the valve cover & gaskets the carbon would just come back. So im not sure what to do lol. There is no engine light on at this time. Runs good, some loss of power ive noticed though other than the carbon build-up. Also why i was thinking to change gaskets and replace manifold bolts. I will post the 8th # of the VIN but the engine has been swaped out so not sure if that changes things. Thanks again for all your help!
