Help me fit a double din in my 02 Denali

I didn't move any of that, I just trimmed the top of the dash bezel and adjusted the stereo up

It could be trimmed more but I'll do that later

I appreciate the guys effort on the youtube video, but he would never be allowed within 20' of my truck.

He was definitely "sloppy" but in theory, his method seemed to make the most sense. Also there is a video of the finished product and it came out nice.

i used a dremel and used and trimmed my standard bezel rather than buying a 03+ bezel.
i used CA glue to glue the DD bezel to the dash bezel.
filled the gaps with Evercoat Maxim. sanded then painted..
i actually copied mine from another build... came out perfect.

That dash piece came out really nice. I'd like to fix mine to look like that.

I just did this using the bezel and radio cage from an 03-06. It wasn't too terrible. The metal bracket does not have to be cut, it really just depends on the radio you get. I used a Kenwood DDX470 and it fit fine. It was tight, but still fit.
