Currently shopping for a 2025 Tahoe Premier or High Country trim level. I'm torn between the Sterling Gray and the Iridescent Pearl exterior colors. I have decided I want black interior. Please let me know your likes and dislikes for these exterior colors and what was your choice.

seems like it's 50 shades of gray/greys on the road these days. if cost was the same, I'd pick Iridescent Pearl based on that alone.

used to not see very many pearl tahoes as summit white was also offered on the higher trims and people usually opted to not spend the extra $$ for a different shade of white. I personally like the Iridescent Pearl over the gray options...you'll start to see more pearl tahoe since the summit white is now only offered on LS and LT trims.

boils down to if you like the pearl color for a $1k more

with that said, we have a 2024 white z71 - mainly because we got a decent deal on it in Dec when there were actual rebates on the 24s

When I bought my new 2024 Tahoe Premier 4WD in December 2024, the dealership had two identical Tahoe's in stock - other than color.

One was with the iridescent pearl exterior, with the maple interior.

The other was with the sterling gray exterior, with the all black interior.

I drove both - and looked at both in the sunlight, side by side. I choose the iridescent pearl one, as I liked the exterior color a lot and I really liked the maple interior with that color.

While the sterling gray one looked nice, it looked like the rest of the gray SUV's on the road. I also did not want an all black interior.

When clean, the iridescent pearl exterior looks great - especially in the sunlight when you can see a little sparkle. I live in the Midwest, with hot summers. I thought the lighter color would also prevent the interior from being as hot?

Good luck on your decision and let us know what you decide.

My 2017 is iridescent pearl and like that more then the grey color.
That with black interior is a bit of an odd combination.

Sterling gray metallic will definitely show off the body lines better and like others have said before it will hide dirt and imperfections better especially as it ages. I wanted Sterling Gray Metallic but my wife thought it was a little too safe of a color but in the end there were none locally available in the Premier or High Country.

They're the same for showing dirt. The grey shows more being darker while dirt hides the iridescent sparkle.
With black interior gray looks better.

Are you going with the HC package wheels or optioning something different or aftermarket wheels? If you're not going to black out the exterior then I'd go with pearl white, I think it does better with the chrome rather than black.
That 2 tone black HC interior is sharp!

On the high country I don't like the bronze-ish accents with the sterling gray exterior, but that's just personal preference. I do like the sterling gray if going with black wheels and trim and the like on say an RST or whatnot, but if I was choosing for Premier or High Country I'd say Iridescent White.

Does the 25 HC still have the bronze accents? I don’t remember seeing them on any of the videos.
