HELP!!! pass side front SS braided brake hose doesn't thread onto hard line

replaced all of my brake hoses with braided SS Russell 672450 PN
all went well till i get to the pass side front. the new line will not thread onto the hard line. i can get the old hose to thread on but not the new one.
do i need an adapter?

No expert here but if all are the same thread ie the one that won’t fit front left will thread on front right can you swap or maybe bad threads on new line?

i am thinking threads on old nut are boogered. and old hose fits cause it is also boogered....anyone know thread size ? can i run a die on it?

got it!....threads are 7/16-20 in case anyone ever has this problem.... i ran a thread cleaning tool on both nut and hose and it worked.
