Help putting 26" wheels and dropping

07 tahoe 4/5 with 26s

I am trying to get 4/5 drop and not sure which is the best way to go woth.
Will I have problems with 4/5 drop and 26s.
Can anyone please give any suggestion or advice.
Also, anybody got any suggestions where to get best priced drop kit and some 26s.

i sure do appreciate all the knowlege u guys are giving me. I usually only drive my denali on the wknds so either 24/26s would be no problem i just dont want any headaches or regrets later.

26's all day!!!try to get 9" in width and 295-30-26 instead of 305..it'll help when u drop it..specially 3/5 drop!!

i usually do 2/3 djm (or belltech) 295 30 24 and has been good for my customers. Any questions shoot me a pm on the kits.

Be prepared for some rubbing, trimming and cutting of your fenderwells (plastic). But it's worth it! If your going to drive the truck a lot I would not go 295-30-26. Those are like rubber bands and can cause you to bend a wheel or atleast the lip of the wheel. I went with 305-30-26 and even those don't give a lot of protection for the wheels. i sure appreciate everyones tips and info! i kinda have to postpone getting my rims and drop kit until income tax time but i'll surely take everyones advice.
