HELP: Torque Spec Question

I am replacing the belt tensioner and pulley tomorrow on my daughters 1997 Tahoe... I don't know the torque specs for these 2 bolts and they are not in my Chilton book.. Mark

Drive Belt Tensioner Bolt 50 N.m (37 lb. ft.)

I have no info for the pulley on it. I thought it was sold as part of the tensioner.
