Help! Voltage

I noticed yesterday that the voltage on my truck was running low especially when put a load on it like putting the windows down. I got the meter out and checked voltage at the battery with the truck off and is was reading 12.5. Turned the truck on and got 14.14, but when I check the voltage at the fuse box I am getting 12.58. Is there something wrong or that I shoudl be worried about.

ok I wasn't not sure what kind of voltage drop to expect
