So trying to figure out this leak and I'm pretty sure it's the rubber garment for the wiring to the hatch. But when I pull off the plastic molding and stuff I look between the headliner and roof and there is quit a bit of water on the roof. Could this be moisture issue or should I be looking for a bigger worse leak on the roof somewhere. Working on this now so any and all info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That appears to be a good amount of water to just be a moisture issue. Is it the whole length of the roof or is it seem to be sticking to the front/back.or on one side or the other. Also is it constant issue or is it only during a rain after you have driven it or when its been parked or both. Not sure what your rig setup is so I'm just going to toss out some ideas. Front windshield seal is leaking, upper section of one of the door seals is drooping or out of place, roof rack mount is leaking. Also can't tell if you have a sunroof but those can also leak. Some of those issues may or may not be more apparent during driving or parked or how bad it's raining. Also if you do have a sunroof not only could the seal be leaking but most of them have a drainage tube that can become clogged allowing water to pool where you don't want it. My suburban used to leak before I sold it but only when it was raining and I was driving it. Back door seal at the top was drooping just enough to collect water but would only get pushed inside when I was driving.

@drakon543 I have no sun roof and it looked as tho it was only at the back of the roof. I was unable to get the whole headliner down yesterday but will be doing it in the near future. As well as pulling all seats and acarpet out to give this a good drying out and cleaning. I found that the majority of my carpet was damp either from the rear pillar leaks or some other leak. It has been raining non stop for about a month now with maybe 4 days of sun. I drive this everyday. My truck does sit with the nose down pretty good and the rear is pretty high. I am hoping that the leak in the rear pillars is fixed. I put quite a bit of silicon around the rubber garment that holds the wiring from the hatch to the body. Its raining again this morning and so far looks like the rear is not leaking. Each day that it had been raining I would see dripping from both pillars in the rear and this morning looks to be ok so far. I will check again periodically throughout the day. I do have the facotry roof racks and will be checking that for sure. The chances of the windsheild tape being bad already are slim and with how my truck sits with the nose down so much idt the water would travel to the rear like that.

I also have a leak somewhere up front and I am almost positive that its the weather stipping around the driver side door. I pulled the carbet up yesterday in the front and removed the seat as well. It was pretty much pooling in the side beneath the kick plate and this morning after I had cleaned it up last night I find that its pooling up again. Yesterday I pulled the weatehr stipp off and saw that it was damamged right at the fuse panel and also some of it was bent to where it was not making a good hold on the door seal. I am looking around online now for the part numbers for different manufactures of weatehr stripp, any adivice on good and bad weather stipp would be appreciated, thanks.
