Help with 5.7L vortec engine rebuild issues!

So I just rebuilt the 5.7L vortec on my 1999 Yukon and I'm having some issues. First off its sputtering/misfiring and generally lacking power. It is throwing 5 obd codes P0430 p1153 p0430(pending) p1133(pending) and p1153(pending). I had a shop rebuild it and it was running like garbage and had a obd code for the crankshaft? I didn't save that code info but I took it back to the shop, picked it up and it ran great for a few minutes then, check engine light is back on and it's throwing all these codes. I'm in need of some, hopefully expert advice!

Passenger side cat converter problem, and insufficient switching for bank 2 sensor 1 (passenger front).

Either could be too blame for drivability issues.

I suppose I'll start with the 02 sensor since that's a cheap easy fix. Is there a way to check the cat converter to see if it's bad? I know that's an expensive part to swap and I'd rather avoid changing it if it's actually good...

I had same issue after manifold gaskets replacement I did myself. All it was cam retard off. Scan tool to set and all back to normal. Flew thru emission tests.
