What up everyone? Just rejoined today. I have been doing countless hours of research and need some help. On a 2007 hoe lt no air ride, I have cai, exhaust, bb tune, ebc rotors/pads, on 22's w yoko paradas. The hoe is pretty fast. Hitting hole shots on the highway gets a little sketch at triple digits lol .Thinking I want to mod the suspension, performance in mind first, then looks. Been looking at eibach sways, springs, with bilstein hds. Concerned that the back will not be low enough to even out the stance. Any thoughts. Would like to hear about everyone's experience with what they have on there trucks /heard..Thanks a lot!!

I can only speak to the pedders kit as I have not used or know anyone who has used the other kits. If you are not towing the kit works well. I added AIR LIFT bags to help me out when I use the utility part of my SUV. My Tahoe is not tuned and really feels like a pig when compared to what I am used to driving so I don't push it that hard when driving. I am overall happy with the kit as it lowered it enough make it look good without giving up the SUV abilities.

Hey Qiuck66ss the Pedders kit is not meant to be towed with at all, it comes with a warning that says they are Sport Ryder coils, which will be negatively effected by towing. I never towed with mine.

thanks quick..leaning towards the pedders as of now..if your hoe is slow, get the black bear tune you will be so happy with your truck..I hit those speeds now just because that s how the truck rolls now...smooth and fast with minimal effort. also got the tow button changed to performance mode...pretty sweet mod

belltech spindles/rear drop springs/street performance shocks in rear plus front/rear belltech swaybars ive done a few like this and I love it.

I DO NOT like using lowering springs on the 07 up trucks/suvs cause the stock shocks valving is not made for the shaft to be so far in.

Rather see someone do spindles or drop struts.

By towing I am talking about my Street Glide on a small enclosed trailer and local runs to the Home Depot with a utility trailer. I added the lift bags to make sure the rear end stays level no matter what I load up. I would never try to tow anything "big" with it.

Call Tony at DJM- his customer service is 1st rate and he can give you the ins and outs of each kit. I am very happy with his recommendation on the drop kit and his followup.

In terms of sways, I went with the Eibachs, and they seem to be very good quality. I found a smokin' deal on the pair as well.

With the combination of a drop and sways, however, you're going to want to buy or make shorter sway links on both ends to restore stock geometry. Pretty simple, measure what you need and check out the energy suspension website universal links, grab the part number (I sent Tony at DJM the part #'s I used), and you can get them for around $15 a pair online.
