I’ve looked on iDatalink’s site and read through the manuals. My 2013 Tahoe doesn’t have the 3rd plug and I currently have no sound. I have a Pioneer AVH-W4500NEX and the HRN-RR-GM5 harness. No factory navigation or Bose.

Just curious, where did you buy this? Looking on Crutchfield, it says this unit is not compatible with this style Tahoe. It looks like it may be size related, but maybe the programming on the iDatalink isn't right either? Do you have wiring diagrams to tell what the 3rd plug is?

You have to cut out the part of the dash that runs behind the radio in order for this unit to seat back all the way. I just installed the same radio in my 2009 Tahoe. I believe I had 4 different factory harnesses to plug into as I have Bose and RSE system.

Everything went smoothly on my install after wiring the after market harnesses together.
