Help with Rust Preventative Underneath

Hey there guys,
I have a 2003 Yukon that I plan on keeping. I live in Michigan so of course rust is a nightmare underneath. Any advice on what I could do to help preserve the underbody? Start with a wire wheel and…? Appreciate any help or advice you could send my way! Thank you!

I decided to try some of the Salts Gone I kept seeing advertisements for and it works pretty good. It's pricey but you only need a couple ounces per gallon mixed into a sprayer. I would probably get some Fluid Film to spray under afterwards. It's an ongoing battle for sure, good luck!
