A few months ago while daily driving, I noticed my temp was highe than the norm, which is a little below the halfway mark. Turned out I was low on water. Filled her up and the next few days, water was low again. Ive had this issue a few months now.... You can leave the truck running for an hour and stare at everything underneath it/around the engine....NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF LEAKING. Myself and 2 local mechanics attempted this. So it seems its only leaking while driving. No smoke, no water in the oil, no visible leaks. I lose 1.5 gallons of water every 100 miles give or take. I have replaced the following to no avail.

Radiator
Upper/Lower Hoses
Thermostat
Fan Clutch
Water Pump

Truck Only has 130k on it. Runs like a champ, no lag or missing power... Im all out of effing ideas....

You need to pressurize the system. You can rent a tester from Autozone or other parts house. This way you can get it up to normal operating pressure and look for leaks. Just letting it idle will do nothing unless it's a big leak. most leaks happen under pressure, and you just don't see it at idle.
