Help with wheel info please!

Hey guys I'm new to the forum just got myself a 2005 Yukon Denali... Love the truck it's a 6.0l with the all wheel drive.. I'm looking at purchasing a set of 17" aftermarket rims from a buddy of mine and just wondering if they will fit fine and not rub and all that. They are 6x139.7 lug pattern, 17x8 with a +10mm offset, CB of 108. I just want to make sure they will fit without any modifications and won't rub when turning and all that fun stuff. Anytime i need to make sure a rim will fit i actually get on tirerack.com and look at the rims they offer for my vehicle and see if any of thier dimensions match up to the set im looking at.

Okay so according to tire rack they will fit I'm just worried about the center bore size the stock wheels are 78.1 these aftermarket wheels are 108, will that be a problem??
