ok, new fuel inj. conversion,msd wires,cap rotor,plugs,fuel filter, ground wire, optima,etc. sputters @65 +. k&n is new, no codes. vacuum check normal, plugs look fine,wires ohm out ok.no vacuum leak i could find. i had a multi cly ? code 1 time(cant remember code) p1080 i think, but cant throw it again. the 1 thing that gets me is when i open the gas cap there is no psi. tranny shifting late into 4th also. IDEAS????

ac-delco [email protected],TPS votage good,timing on a scan tool was at -21--23. auto zone scanner, engine running. couldnt get a reading of +-2deg,. went over every connection,vacuum lines, grounds, etc. fixed abs sensor, front left ohmed open, easy check and fix. seems to run a little better on freeeway after the 50 series flowmaster install, hesitation is less but there. no codes.... might have to take it to a real scanner, anybody put steering stabalizers on their hoe. getting some ranchos soon.....

If the +- 2 deg you are referring to is the cam retard the setting is actually 0.0 degrees + or -2 degrees. Depending on the year the engine speed has to be raised 1000-2000 to get an accurate reading. Also what year is it please? I am unable to find that p1080 code. Recheck your vapor system for routing of lines as well. And what prompted you to do do injector mod. Do you have an odor of fuel vapors around now?

its a 96 hoe, 5.7. the intake gasket failed so i installed the new csfi while i had it apart. the stock set was not re-usable. i will try raising the rpms again and check timing. no fuel odors, good compression, going to check fuel psi today, and wiggle some wires. thanks for your help.

pcv valve

The only thing i found wrong so far was my new pcv valve was bad. Still troubleshooting.
