New to the forum. Just picked up an 05 Tahoe. Original owner took very good care of it. It's very clean on the inside and has some minor upgrades on the exterior. I look forward to learning some things here and there...

Upgrades planned:

HID's, Denali front bumper, wheel swap/powder coat, intake.

Just to let you know, if you have a Tahoe, to switch it to a Denali front end, you gotta change the whole front end, you can't just do the bumper, because there's a little bow in it, and the tahoe's are straight across.

Good to know, the body shop I work next to said the escalade bumper has the gap but the denali would fit well. I hate chrome, that was the biggest drawback of the truck for me. The chrome wheels have to go and the bumper in front doesnt flow well...

See some other bumpers painted, any other advice?
