Hello from up north!
I've been cruising around the forum the last week or so and seems to be a great place to ask questions on the Tahoe/Yukons so I thought I'd introduce myself.
I recently joined your world with a purchase of a 99 Tahoe. Got a decent deal on it, seeing as it only has 165,000 kms (103,000 miles) and had one owner. A lady that had all the maintenance receipts since new. All maintenance done at her GM dealer. No rust, no dents, fully loaded. We wanted a capable 4x4 that can tow and has the room for 3 big dogs, camping stuff and a kid or two. Seems so far it'll be able to do it's job well.
So far I love it. My first truck. Fuel milage sucks coming from a guy who's never owned something this size but I have to say I was happy with the amount of city milage I was able to get with a light foot.
Now the add-ons begin...
