hi im new to the forum and was wondering bout a programmer

hey there everybody im new to the forum. i have a 98 gmc yukon with the 5.7 vortec. i was looking into buying a programmer. but idk anybody that has one on theres with the same motor as mine. i was looking at the superchips handheld programmer. i was wondering if anybody had one on theirs? or had any information bout how they do on those motors. any information would be appreciated :High 5:

I bought an AutoCal from Black Bear Tuning. It comes with an initial tune and a few more for future changes. The software is EFILive. Tuning is a real science and experience is necessary. Unless you are going to devote a lot of time and energy to really zone in on tuning, then imo get it done by a pro.

are black bear tunes decently priced?

i checkd them out and i have alota good things bout bb tune but do they have a handheld scanner i could order instead of having to go to one of their events?
