HID fogs

Just got my kit in today. Wondering where I should mount the ballast. With winter coming I'm worried about them getting wet. Is it a problem if they get wet? Is there a good area to put them where they would stay dry?

theres two round bars down there...I just zip-tied them to those since they are kinda high..and should be weather proof

If they're even half-way decent ballasts, they'll be waterproof.
