Been searching like crazy. Got an 04 Denali with the round fogs. What is the best way to upgrade these fogs? I'm looking for a lot of light with a cut off. I don't want to blind oncoming traffic but I will be using these at all times. I'd like them to be bright enough to drive with just the fogs on. Has anyone cut the stock lens out and found a projector fog that fits and looks good? Pics? I read about ddm and trs. Is everyone having luck with these or do they not really put out a lot of light?

Just couldn't find the exact info that I'm looking for. Thanks all.

Edit, changed the link to correct type at the Satuga website, for you guys who want to bulk buy/sell these fantastic projector housings.

55watt DDM Tuning 4300k in both OEM projectors and Projector fogs, With Relay kits for both.
Projector Fogs, These are the closest I can find to what I bought cpl years back. Here is image of the brand I have. Mine are not being used currently and while have been used for a cpl years, they are still very bright with no scratchs to the lenses. For sale if interested, Pm me.

Its very important for a simple bolt in installatin that the brackets be the same as shown here.

How to mod existing OEM and Fog brackets are on the Actual images.

Iphone 3 pics, so they are Very bad quality.

Both headlight and fogs.

Be sure to take apart your headlight projectors and clean the back side of the lenses, as well as very gently wipe the reflector bowls with a new and lint free microfiber cloth. This makes a dramatic improvement to light output.

Won't the 55's melt the housing? And once that bracket is on is it sealed or can moisture get in there?

Those fogs are solid metal, glass lenses with a stainless ring.
its vented, but as long as your not swamp ratting it, you have no worries.
I never lost a bulb or dirtied a lens due to moisture.

Will post pics of the condition mine are in (currently unused) after 3 years of use, when I get home.

I love your lights. Just not looking to do that kind of work right now. Are you making and selling any?
