hids vs Sylvania

which is brighter the HIDS ot the Sylania superstar ultras. Both see to be about $100. I know yall know =-)

HID are FAR brighter and crisper than anything sylvania has.

I have tried ALL of the sylvania line of bulbs.
You toss in any sylvania bulb, in driver side, and put a moderate 4500k 35watt Hid in passeger side.
You wont even beable to tell that the sylvania is even on.
HIDs are far cheaper.

HID's ftw, I had them in my old 95 mustang gt and they lit up the road nicely, and wasn't that bad to install

do I need the HID harness?
also Im thinking 35 in the low and 55 in the high? thoughts

I had Sylvanias, now have HIDS...see, main word...had...

IF you put 55's in highs you will need harness.
just remember 55watt will wash out 90% of the color.
also. HIDs for highs are not reccomended due to the warm up time required. if you need to flash someone, they simply will not work.
