Hello does anyone know what could cause one light to come on then if i turn them off and back on they both work,dont do it all the time just once in awhile.they told me to get the relay where i got them from so it puts power to them equally on try to remove the groung from the ballast (canbus) thanks for your help

sound like a lack of available higher power required to light them off.

This happens to me, too, 1 in 5 times. Turning it off then back on fixes it for me.

Sounds like a relay issue. replace your relays, they're cheap. Mine did the same thing, replaced both relays, worked like a charm.
