Not sure. If memory serves, in my 1980s cars, we had to calibrate the IAC motor to help control the idle. High idle like that is usually a bad MAP, or MAF or vacuum leak. MAF was the usual culprit back in the day.
I can get a few more readings if that would help. I’ll stop by the junkyard and see if I can find a maf before I buy a new one. Where are some places to look for vacuum leaks?

I'm not familiar with those engines but I would check any vacuum or pcv lines off the throttle body and valve covers, the air intake hoses and if it has a plastic intake manifold, between it and the heads.

Update, decided to take my throttle body back off and replace the tps and look at the iac. As I took the iac back off, one of head of the bolts just fell off, I must of broke it without realizing I did and the iac was leaking. Needless to say the problem is fixed for now I hope. Id like to say my problem was the iac leaking and the temp sensor but I don’t know
