High side AC port issue

I got oil added to the system and got it charged so I now have functioning AC. However I'm short on charge. I got 36 ounces and the spec is 2.7 pounds (43.2 ounces). I have enough to add for it to be full. I stopped though because the compressor stopped cycling. It's just running continuously. So need to look into that.

I also notice that for some reason if I set the climate control to AC it doesn't work. It only works if I set the temperature low and use auto. And the rear AC isn't working.

Was out there messing around with tonight. Haven't figured out what's up the compressor not cycling or the climate control working the way it does. But the rear AC is functional now. Not really sure why because I didn't do anything to it.
